Data Center Risk Intelligence Platform
Senior Program Manager · 0 to 1
Roughly $8B of active data center construction across APAC and EMEA was carrying risk that nobody could see in one place. Schedule slips, cost exposure, and site impacts were tracked in separate tools by separate teams, each with its own definition of “severe,” so leadership could not tell which risks actually mattered.
I defined and launched the platform that gave them one prioritized view. That meant agreeing on a shared scoring model across five dimensions, scope, time, cost, sites impacted, and cost to AWS, so risks from different domains could sit on the same list.
I also redesigned intake so a risk could not be created without a root cause, a named owner, and a severity, then secured VP approval and dedicated engineering headcount and scaled the platform across three AWS organizations.
